Cancellation Policy:

• All payments are nonrefundable.

• Cancellations require 24 hours advance notice.

  • Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice will result in the full balance of the service being charged to the card you provide on file.​

  • The balance is due the same day of the missed appointment; otherwise, the customer will be blocked from future booking.

 

Late Policy:

• Late appointments cannot be accommodated.

• As a result, the appointment will be canceled and the full balance will be charged to the card on file.

Please Note:

• Enter accurate contact information on your appointment form for effective communication and appointment reminders.

• Please remember to shampoo prior to your appointment.

• Only one person at a time is allowed in for the appointment. 

  • Parents are allowed to accompany their child.​
